My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a tasteful decor and were very clean and spacious, making them perfect for a long stay for a family of four. However, there was a weird, unpleasant smell lingering. The service was commendable as the staff went out of their way to assist us, although there were some miscommunications about cancellations and breakfast inclusions. The location, while not the best due to being in an industrial estate, was nice and convenient with easy access to the tram. The dining experience was basic but good, though it would have been nice to see different menus each day.
